  • Starting Over Again at 30+
    2026/10/03

What happens when you turn 30 and realize your life looks nothing like the one you thought you’d have?

In this episode of Bold Lips & Coffee Talk, we’re talking about starting over at 30, healing after heartbreak, navigating loneliness during the colder months, Christian singleness, dating after a breakup, and trusting God when your timeline changes.

October has a funny way of making everything feel a little louder. The weather gets colder. The days get shorter. The holidays get closer. And suddenly, being single can feel less like a season and more like an emergency.

    But it isn’t.

Maybe this October isn’t about finding someone before “cuffing season.” Maybe it’s about letting the leaves fall, allowing your weary soul to rest, and trusting that you don’t have to rush into another relationship simply because you’re craving affection.

Because choosing who you love when you’re exhausted and emotionally hungry can be a little like grocery shopping hungry: suddenly, everything looks good.

We talk about the invitation of Matthew 11:28—“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest”—and what it means to seek soul rest instead of using romantic attention to fill the quiet.

I also share a prayer to Saint Anthony of Padua for a future spouse, while exploring an important distinction: you can desire marriage without desperately chasing it. You can pray for a husband while still building a beautiful life in the present. You can want love without treating singleness like something that needs to be fixed.

And maybe the prayer for this season isn't, “God, hurry up and send him.”

    Maybe it's:

    “God, prepare my heart.”

In this episode, we talk about starting over after 30, Christian dating and discernment, healing from heartbreak, loneliness and cuffing season, trusting God’s timing, praying for a future spouse, finding peace in singleness, letting go of the life you thought you’d have, and creating an October reset rooted in faith rather than reinvention.

Because you don't have to know what the next five years look like.

You don't have to find someone before Christmas.

And you don't need to know his name this October.

You just need to know His. 🤍

    🍂 Let the leaves fall.
    ☕ Drink the coffee.
    💄 Wear the lipstick.
    🙏 Say the prayer.
    🤍 Let God work.

Episode takeaway: Just because you're entering a colder season doesn't mean nothing is growing.

  • How to Gain Your Spark Back as a Christian Woman
    2026/09/28

What happens when you don’t feel like yourself anymore?

Maybe you’ve experienced heartbreak, betrayal, burnout, rejection, grief, disappointment, or an unexpected ending that left you wondering where the confident, joyful woman you used to be went.

In this episode of Bold Lips & Coffee Talk, we’re talking about how to gain your spark back as a Christian woman, not by pretending everything is fine or rushing into a picture-perfect “glow-up,” but by allowing God to meet you in the messy middle.

Because sometimes getting your spark back isn’t about becoming the woman you were before.

Sometimes it’s about discovering the woman God is calling you to become.

We talk about what it means to grieve while still trusting God, why healing doesn’t have to happen on anyone else’s timeline, and how to stop performing your healing for the people who hurt you. We also explore why difficult seasons can become part of our growth and why Christianity doesn't require us to pretend that painful things are good in order to believe God can redeem them.

From Joseph's journey from the pit to the palace to David's wilderness between being anointed and becoming king, Scripture repeatedly reminds us that there can be a long road between the promise and its fulfillment.

The wilderness isn't always the destination.

And if you're currently somewhere between the prayer and the answer, this episode is for you.

☕ In this episode, we talk about:

    • How to get your spark back after heartbreak or disappointment
    • Finding yourself again as a Christian woman
    • Healing without turning your life into a revenge “glow-up”
    • Why you don't need to prove you're doing better
    • Giving yourself permission to grieve
    • Building confidence and identity through Christ
    • Trusting God's timing when life doesn't make sense
    • What Joseph and David teach us about waiting seasons
    • Why difficult seasons can develop wisdom, boundaries, and discernment
    • Finding joy again without feeling guilty
    • Letting go of the future you thought you were going to have
    • Why being single or starting over doesn't mean your life is on hold
    • Rediscovering creativity, confidence, and purpose
    • Finding Christian community during difficult seasons
    • Learning the difference between an ending and the end
    • A prayer for the Christian woman rebuilding her life

One of the biggest reminders from this episode:

Not everything that happens to us is good but God can redeem what hurt us.

Maybe you're in your own “Saturday” season right now.

    Friday looked devastating.

    Saturday looked silent.

    But Sunday was coming.

You don't need to understand your entire future today. You don't need to have completely healed. You don't even need to have your entire spark back.

    Find one little flicker.

    Say the prayer.
    Make the coffee.
    Take the walk.
    Call the friend.
    Open your Bible.
    Wear the lipstick.
    Create something.
    Take the next faithful step.

And then do it again tomorrow.

One day, you may realize you stopped searching for the woman you used to be because you started falling in love with the woman God is helping you become.

    💗 Scripture mentioned:
    Isaiah 43:19
    Ecclesiastes 3
    Romans 8:28
    Psalm 34:18
The stories of Joseph and David

If this episode encouraged you, share it with another woman who might be navigating heartbreak, starting over, a waiting season, or simply trying to find herself again.

And remember: an ending and an end are not the same thing.

☕ Keep the coffee strong, the lipstick bold, and Jesus at the center.

  • The Waiting Season: When God Is Working in the Silence
    2026/09/21

What if your waiting season isn’t a wasted season? ☕️🤍

Waiting for the relationship. Waiting for the career breakthrough. Waiting for healing. Waiting for clarity. Waiting for the prayer you’ve whispered to God over and over again to finally be answered.

In this episode, we’re talking about what it means to trust God’s timing when your life looks nothing like the timeline you imagined.

Because sometimes the hardest answer isn’t “no.” It’s “not yet.”

We’re diving into the psychology of uncertainty, why waiting can feel so uncomfortable, what the Bible teaches us about hidden seasons, and how to stop treating your present life like a hallway you have to rush through to get somewhere better.

    We’ll talk about:

✨ trusting God when you don’t understand His timing
✨ navigating a waiting season without putting your life on hold
    ✨ healing after unexpected endings
✨ letting go of the timeline you thought you’d have
✨ why uncertainty can trigger anxiety and overthinking
✨ finding purpose in seasons that feel quiet
✨ resisting the urge to force doors because you’re tired of waiting
✨ recognizing the small miracles happening right now
✨ learning to live while you wait

Isaiah 40:31 reminds us, “They who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength.”

Maybe this isn’t the season where nothing is happening.

Maybe this is the season where you’re becoming someone new.

So make the coffee. Take the class. Say the prayer. Make the art. Call your friend. Walk the dog. Keep showing up.

Your life isn’t beginning when the waiting ends.

Your life is happening right now. 🤍

🎙️ Press play if you’re navigating a waiting season, starting over, healing from heartbreak, rebuilding your faith, or learning how to trust God when you can’t see what He’s doing yet.
