The ladies also turn the tables on me, asking about my coming out (Perfect for Pride Month) and we also got into my former radio career and something I hadn't yet shared on the podcast. Lots of laughs and yes a few tears as well.

Doing a deep dive into GLP-1's on this episode!

As Co-Founder and Chief Care Officer at Tyde Wellness, my guest, Beth Gerhart leads the patient experience and care model that ensures every patient receives personalized, compassionate support on their journey to better health. Tyde Wellness was built to solve a problem they saw firsthand: many weight loss programs focus only on prescriptions, leaving patients without the guidance, accountability, and education needed to achieve lasting results.

Their focus is helping patients navigate GLP-1 therapies and other wellness treatments in a way that builds confidence, creates sustainable habits, and delivers meaningful long-term results. Before founding Tyde, Beth worked extensively in nutrition and wellness as a certified nutritionist, health coach, and group personal trainer.

We talk about the role of hormones in our bodies, side effects, and other benefits that have been uncovered over the past few years.
