  • 070 Why You Overeat (And Why It Makes Sense)
    2026/02/23

What if the thing you’re blaming… isn’t the real issue?

In this episode, I unpack what’s happening beneath thesurface of a pattern many women feel frustrated by and why adding more rules ordiscipline rarely solves it.

There are usually three hidden roadblocks at play.
And once you see them, everything makes more sense.

    This isn’t about control.
It’s about understanding the system you’ve been operating inside.

Because you don’t fix a traffic jam by shouting at the cars.

  • 069 How to Stay Consistent (Without Being Perfect)
    2026/02/16

Are you tired of starting over?

Of going all in… only to fall off when real life happens?

In this episode, we unpack why trying harder isn’t the solution and why the way you’ve been taught to think about consistency might be the very thing keeping you stuck.

    Inside, we explore:

    • The subtle trap behind “all or nothing” thinking

    • A mindset shift that changes how motivation works

    • Why your current approach may collapse under normal life pressure

    • What consistency really asks of you (it’s not perfection)

This is about building habits that survive stress, busy weeks, low energy, and being human.

If this resonates, you’ll find deeper support inside Healthy, But Human where we build calm, sustainable health without guilt or burnout.

  • 068 Feminism, “Not All Men,” and What Actually Changes Things
    2026/02/09

We shame feminists for wanting basic human rights, without those women who stood up for what they believe in, us women would still be locked up in asylums for hysteria, wouldn’t have jobs, bank accounts, homes or to be able to vote.

Yet the word has become something we as women are ashamed to call ourselves and men use it as a weapon to keep us from using our voice to stand up for ourselves.

And no its not all men, we know this yet the not all men crew voices aren't loud enough to cut through the noise. We hear you joining in even if its for a laugh or to be part of the gang, we see you not standing up for us and our rights or when we are being insulted or abused.

Not all feminists hate men, just like it's not all men who have a low opinion of women.

In the episode, which I wasn't sure I wanted to share, dives into what feminism means to me, why we know its not all men and how we as women can take back the word feminism and what the ‘not all men’ crew can do that shows support for women, girls, their daughter and granddaughters.

The question to ask women: When have you felt unsafe, dismissed, or made smaller and what did that feel like?

I’d love for you to share in the comments your experiences, lets get our voices heard

  • 067: A Human Approach to Health (Without Rules or Resets)
    2026/02/02

So many women are doing everything they’re told to do for their health and still feel like they’re failing.

In this episode, I unpack what a human approach to health really looks like, and why relying on rules, resets, and discipline often creates more stress than support.

    We talk about:

    • How health became something to control rather than something that supports you

    • Why starting over keeps you stuck in cycles of pressure and self-blame

    • What it means to build health around real life, not ideal conditions

    • One gentle shift you can use today to make health feel lighter and more doable

This conversation is for you if you’re tired of trying to “do health properly” and want a calmer, more sustainable way forward.

  • 066: The Week I Wanted to Quit (And What I Did Instead)
    2026/01/28

Last week, I wanted to quit.

    Dramatically and completely done.

In this episode, I talk about what happens when the pressure builds, quitting feels like relief, and you start wondering if you should just walk away.

And why that moment doesn’t mean you’ve failed, it often means the way you’re doing something no longer fits your life.

This episode is for you if:

    • You’re exhausted by trying to “do things properly”

    • You still want your goal, but not the way you’re chasing it

    • You feel stuck between pushing harder or giving up

    • You want health, habits, or work to support your life, not take it over

    We look at:

    • Why the urge to quit is usually about safety, not discipline

    • How to keep the same goal while choosing a different path

    • What pivoting looks like in health, food, movement, and midlife

    • Why adaptability is a strength, not a failure

I also share how I recently pivoted my own work, keeping the same mission and values, while changing the structure so it actually fits.

    Nothing is set in stone.
You’re allowed to change direction without starting over.

Tracking calories. Labeling food as good or bad. Pushing harder with exercise.

These habits are praised as healthy but they made me feel worse, not better. In this episode, I break down the three “right” things that harmed my health and what I now teach instead.
