    2026/07/20

Welcome to another Monday’s prayer focus in July for “Greater Health, God’s Way!”

Our prayer for you is rooted in the beautiful blessing of 3 John 2:

“Beloved friend, I pray that you are prospering in every way and that you continually enjoy good health, just as your soul is prospering.”

Amy and I are joining our hearts, lifting you up for God’s goodness, health, peace, and prosperity to overflow in every part of your life this week.

Psalm 103:5 promises that God “satisfies your years with good things so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.”

May you find fresh strength in mind, body, and spirit. Walk, stretch, breathe, and rejoice—God delights in your well-being!

Heavenly Father, thank you for the gift of our body. Your Word says you renew our youth like the eagle’s, and we ask you to fill us with a greater desire to steward our health for practical longevity and healing, productive years ahead for us.

Give us fresh motivation and strength to exercise, even when we don’t feel like it. Help us discover simple joys in different types of exercises, as well as the basics found in walking, stretching, and deep breathing.

Let every bit of movement bring health, energy, and longevity to our lives.

May our heart, mind, and body thrive as we honor you with daily movement. Use our renewed strength for your glory. Amen.

  • Forgiven and Free—Release the Weight from Past Shame, Anxiety, and Fear
    2026/07/15

Welcome to a friendly reminder of “Greater Health, God’s Way!” Today is a mental health day. Our focus is on experiencing release from past shame, condemnation, anxiety, and fear.

Psalm 103 reminds us that our God forgives us, and He wants us to forgive ourselves. The Hebrew verb for “forgive” means to lift, carry away, and erase—a fresh new start.

Are you carrying guilt or regret? Don’t let yesterday’s failures weigh you down or today’s fears cause anxiety.

God is quick to forgive and always ready to set you free. When you receive His forgiveness, you’re released to be a peacemaker, encourager, and a positive force in your family and workplace.

No more condemnation—just fresh starts and freedom in Christ. No more fear.

    Heavenly Father,

Thank you for forgiving every sin, every failure, every regret—nothing is too heavy for you to lift.

No fear or concern can overwhelm us in your presence. Wash us clean today. We welcome a fresh new start.

Help us walk in the freedom of your grace to enter into a new level of acceptance of ourselves and inner calm. Release us from shame and let your forgiveness overflow in us and through us.

Restore tranquility, hope, joy, energy, and confidence deep within us.

Let us enter a new level of rest instead of frustration or unrest.

Bring your comfort into our hearts, souls, and minds. Guide us with your assurance in every conversation and project.

Empower us by your Spirit to forgive ourselves and others, and to encourage ourselves and those around us with kind, uplifting words. We receive your grace and new mercies today. Amen.

    Action Step

Forgive yourself for one thing you’ve been holding against yourself. Then, extend that same grace to someone at work or in your life who needs an uplifting open hand of blessing.

You are royally blessed and highly favored of the Lord—forgiven, cleansed, and filled with God’s love, serenity, and hope.

  • Pure Fuel: Healthy Food, God’s Way
    2026/07/13

Welcome to another week of “Greater Health, God’s Way!” Our focus in prayer for you this month comes from Apostle John, who wrote in 3 John 2

Dear friends, I pray that you may prosper in every way and enjoy good health, even as your soul prospers.

So, Amy and I agree in prayer for that to be in your life.

May God’s favor, wisdom, and wellness overflow in your life and business

    Heavenly Father,

Thank you for every good and perfect gift—especially this month, as we focus on Greater Health, God’s ways. We pray for the food that sustains and strengthens us.

Fill us with your wisdom to choose what brings true life and vibrant health. Break every craving for processed, artificial foods, and teach us to delight in the nourishing, whole foods you created.

May every meal at our tables be a celebration of your goodness and a reminder of your faithfulness to provide.

Bless those who gather with us, and let our fellowship be marked by gratitude, laughter, and peace.

Restore our energy and renew our youth as we honor you with our choices. Help us say no to what harms and yes to what heals, so we may live long, productive lives, serving well, and reflecting your glory in body, mind, and spirit.

Thank you for satisfying our desires with good things. Amen

Today’s health challenge: Skip processed and fast foods. Choose more wholesome options than usual. Look for foods with fewer than five ingredients—and if your great-grandmother wouldn’t recognize something on the label, leave it out.

Friend, you’ve got this! Greater Health, God’s Way is possible for you.

    My Blessing:

You are royally blessed and highly favored—may your body be fueled with God’s very best today and always. Amen.

  • Peaceful Living: Stress and Soul Restoration
    2026/07/08

Welcome to our July “Greater Health, God’s Way” prayer focus! Psalm 103:2-5 encourages us not to forget the incredible gifts God offers—His forgiveness, healing, fresh strength, purpose, and abundant favor.

The world’s noise can drown out God’s peace, but Psalm 103 says He “crowns you with love and compassion.”

Chronic stress wrecks the body and spirit. In 2026, science and Scripture agree: true health starts with a peaceful heart.

God invites you to lay down anxiety and receive His shalom. Inner peace is a choice and a practice—quiet walks, deep breaths, and sweet moments in His Word and Soaking Worship restore your soul and even lower your blood pressure and bad cholesterol.

    Let us pray,

Heavenly Father, you are the Prince of Peace.

Quiet the storms in my heart and mind and in my home and at work.

Release anxiety, tension, and fear from my body.

Break in Jesus' name any generational patterns of worry, fear, dread, and anxiety.

Fill me with your calm presence, rivers of living water, waves of peace and hope.

Teach me to rest in your promises and trust your goodness.

Let your love and compassion crown my days. Fill me with Bible hope.

Show me how to walk in daily gratitude and practice peace.

May a new confidence flow in and out of me that my God has a future and hope for me.

May your tranquility flow into my home and work. Amen.

    Our Action Step:

Take five minutes today to practice deep, slow breathing while meditating on God’s goodness and kindness for you, so you can add gentle, relaxing moments and movements to the inhales and exhales of calm, peaceful breaths. If possible, during a nice Summer morning.

    My Blessing:

You are royally blessed and highly favored—may God’s peace guard your heart and mind today. I bless you with His shalom, His grace, and peace be with you.

  • America at 250: A Prayer for Revival and Awakening
    2026/07/04

Happy Birthday, United States of America. Let us pray,

    Heavenly Father, Almighty God,

On this 250th birthday of the United States of America, as intercessors, prayer warriors, and believers, we humble ourselves and pray..

We pray the theme verse for our generation—2 Chronicles 7:14.

Lord, we confess our sins and the sins of our land—our pride, our divisions, our failures to love and honor you and one another.

Holy God, we repent of our past and present mistakes as a nation, and ask that your mercy cover them. Pour out your forgiveness, Lord, and let your healing sweep across every heart, every home, and our homeland.

    Let mercy triumph over judgment.

Heal our land, O God—bring unity where there is division, hope where there is despair, and love where there is hatred.

Guide our leaders with wisdom, our families with forgiveness, our churches with passion, and our communities with compassion.

We dedicate, consecrate, and commit our lives and this United States of America to you—for the glory of the Lamb, Jesus Christ.

May America shine as a beacon of hope, liberty, and justice for all nations. Protect our defenders, comfort the hurting, and use us as instruments of your peace.

By your Spirit, let revival begin with us. We trust you for a new day—a great, glorious awakening.

To God be the glory. Amen.

  • Bonus Prayer: Freedom to Ask Big
    2026/07/03

Bonus Thankful Friday Prayer: For more than four decades, the prayer of Jabez in 1 Chronicles 4:10 has shaped my journey, ever since Pastor Dick Mills urged me to pray it daily.

Jabez in the Bible stands as a model of holy ambition—he wasn’t content with the status quo. He dared to ask for more from God: more blessings, greater influence, lasting protection, and a legacy that would impact his generation and beyond.

We celebrate freedom in Christ and the freedom to boldly approach our Father with big prayers. Let’s recapture that vision—to become strong, vibrant men and women of prayer who believe God for the impossible and expect His goodness in every area of life.

    Let’s pray,

Lord God, we thank You for the example of Jabez—more honorable than his brothers, not because of pedigree or privilege, but because he dared to ask for more.

Thank you for a man who refused to settle, who was not satisfied with simply blending in, but longed for change that would shape his generation. In the midst of a sea of names, you highlighted Jabez.

You honored his request. Lord, let us be people who are willing to step out, stand up, and cry for more of You.

We remember Jabez’s prayer: “Oh Lord, bless me indeed.”

Thank you that he was not embarrassed or ashamed to ask. He did not let false humility or a religious spirit hold him back.

Jabez recognized you as the God of abundance, the same God who rescued Israel, who gave Your people all they needed and more.

Just as you moved the hearts of the Egyptians to give their riches to departing slaves, you are still the God whose generosity knows no bounds.

Lord, we echo Jabez’s boldness. Bless us, indeed—not for selfish gain, but so we can be a blessing to others and bring you glory. Expand our hearts to desire all you have for us.

“And enlarge my territory.” Father, we long for greater influence, for more of your kingdom to flow through our lives.

Jesus, place us where we can make a difference.

Holy Spirit, give us visions and divine connections.

Propel us, not by striving, but by Your perfect timing—Kairos moments that open doors no man can shut. Let us not be bound by Kronos, by worldly limitations, or the pressure to hustle and strive.

May multiplication and promotion come from you, O God.

Lord, as you enlarge our territory, keep us humble and dependent on you.

Father God, we don’t ask for more so we can boast in our own strength, but so your power can be made perfect in our weakness.

May your hand be upon us—guiding, protecting, providing, and encouraging.

Let us bear your fingerprint everywhere we go, leaving the imprint of Christ in every interaction.

“Keep us from evil.” Hide us in Your secret place, Lord. Let us dwell under the shadow of the Almighty, so secure in you that the enemy cannot find us.

Jesus, as we abide in you, the Vine, remind us that our true victory is in your presence, not in works. The enemy is defeated, and we rest in your finished work.

Lord, this prayer is bold—even audacious—but it is rooted in confidence in your goodness. We declare that what you did for Jabez, you can do in our generation.

Awaken us to pray daring prayers, bold, confident prayers—for your kingdom to come and your will to be done in our lives, our families, our workplace, our communities, and our nation.

Do it again, Lord. Pour out blessing, expand our borders, keep your hand upon us, and shield us from harm.

Make us strong, vibrant, healthy, energetic, thankful legacy people for this generation and the next.

We thank you, Lord, for answered prayers—past, present, and future.

In Your holy and precious name, Jesus, amen.
