Forget leaving the lights on, all over our arguments center around the sink, Bob thinks it's okay to leave the dinner plates and stuff in the sink and get to it later after he finishes what show is on. (21:54 - 31:26) Norwegian Biathlon Athlete Sturla Laegried grovels for girlfriend on the biggest stage of them all. The Olympic podium! He announced that he cheated on his girlfriend after winning the bronze metal. He said he could be happy with the win that information on his mind.

(4:26 - 11:31) Today's DM Disaster is from Elise! She wanted a drastic change of her appearance. The problem was it was too drastic and now her husband is scared to sit next to her and won't look at her in the eyes. That's Ellise's DM Disaster!

(11:31 - 18:31) Bob is experiencing what is called VaugeBook! A family member has posted something extremely vague and didn't know who it was directed at. LBF told him it's the worst thing in the world when people do that.

(21:24 - 28:16) Apparently, massages come with an understanding that no one explained to us. Ever! Someone casually said one sentence that stopped time and made my soul leave my body. I realized, out loud, that people with LBF know and trust do not wear underwear during massages. Bob does but might change that.

(28:16 - 37:35) Apparently, we are now decorating like our great-grandmothers, and everyone is acting like this is normal. It's called Grandmillennial! The 90's really weren't that great we explained the painful things we had to go through that Gen Z never had to deal with!

(4:43 - 10:36) Today's DM Disaster is from Kevin. His wife surprised him with a trip to Costa Rica! He was all excited until they landed! The next day his wife told him they were going to the beach but not to hang out; she signed him up for a beach cleaning mission! He wasn't happy and now he's stuck picking up other people's trash! That's Kevin's DM Disaster.

(10:36 - 16:26) Jordon Hudson is teaching us all a masterclass in trolling. She's taking some heat all thanks to the choice of T-shirt she wore before the Super Bowl. It was directed at owner Robert Kraft; it was an Orchids of Asia shirt. LBF said if you'd want to troll her just wear her 7th grade picture on a T-shirt.

(20:11 - 27:29) College kids are doing something very odd when hooking up; they're taking quick peeks at their phone or watching a video on Tik Tok. LBF & Bob are dumbfounded buy this information. Boston A $24 cup of coffee has officially arrived in Boston, and it’s splitting the city right down the middle. This isn’t really about coffee; it’s about status, taste, money, and identity colliding in one paper cup. The coffee place in question is George Howell coffee.

(27:29 - 30:09) Police were called to a domestic fight between teenage siblings that threatened to kill each other over a sticky bun. LBF can't remember having a fight with her siblings over food. Bob had lemon juice squirted in his eye because he shaved his cousins GI Joe.
