    Asian stocks fell with bonds and gold as rising oil prices stoked inflation concerns and expectations for tighter monetary policy.     Treasuries extended their declines and Asian bonds followed as renewed geopolitical tensions drove oil prices higher, fueling inflation concerns and expectations for further monetary tightening. The yield on the benchmark 10-year Treasury rose three basis points to 4.78% in Asian trading, the highest since January 2025, while Japan’s 10-year government bond yield climbed to 2.985%.     Asian stocks and bonds fell after hawkish comments from Chair Kevin Warsh boosted bets on a Federal Reserve interest-rate hike next month. Oil rose as Middle East tensions flared.

    MSCI’s Asia Pacific equities gauge dropped 1.1%, snapping a four-day gain, with technology shares leading declines. The Kospi Index — a barometer for artificial intelligence investments — slid 2.5%, with chipmakers Samsung Electronics Co. and SK Hynix Inc. the biggest contributors.     The big banks in China reported earnings with state owned lenders producing higher first half profits.
