Pull up a chair and pour some sweet tea, honey-we are getting real! Hosted by a no filter middle-aged Southern Mama, this podcast dives into the wild, messy, hilarious ride of life after 40. From sex and menopause to marriage, divorce, kids, and everything in between. Nothing is off limits, and everything is on the table. If you have ever laughed through a hot flash or cried in the grocery store aisle, this one's for you. It's so great we got a review claiming all my life stories are made up! It's a Southern goodbye on a front porch type of conversation. Bless your heart...you're gonna love it (except that one reviewer lol)! New Episode drops June 16th! (Previously Two Sides and The Truth Podcast)

  • The Non-Ambitious Era World Tour 2025
    2025/10/30

This week I’m talking about what it means to take a step back — from the hustle, from expectations, and maybe even from the mic. Sometimes doing less is exactly what you need to do more of what matters. What Era am I in? The Non-Ambitious Era. Join me for the scoop on both podcast.

  • Long Lost Cousins and the Hill Country
    2025/10/13

This week, I stumble into a wild twist of fate — running into my long-lost cousins, the Longs, at a bar that just happens to be owned by them… and used to be our family’s grocery store a century ago. Turns out, history really does have a funny way of circling back around. Once again let's play Six Degrees of Separation from Zada.

  • Autism and the People that Google Opinions
    2025/10/06

Over the years, the medical field has played musical chairs with autism diagnoses—changing names, shifting criteria, and even folding Asperger’s into the broader spectrum. Sounds tidy on paper, but in real life? Not so much. As a mom of two kids on the spectrum, I talk about what those changes have looked like from the parent side, how confusing (and sometimes harmful) misdiagnoses can be, and why those shifting labels don’t always tell the whole story. I also in true Zada form tell the "Google Docs to get bent".
