A heartbreaking tragedy has struck West Lothian: Billy Watson, a beloved 35-year-old dad and pillar of his community, was fatally shot in a targeted attack on September 12. His three daughters are now facing an unimaginable loss, with neighbors and strangers rallying to support them through a GoFundMe campaign that’s already exceeded $1,000 toward its $1,600 goal. Remembered as endlessly kind, funny, and generous, Billy’s legacy lives on through the outpouring of love — including heartfelt social media messages from his daughter thanking everyone for their generosity. As police continue investigating, they’ve arrested one suspect and detained two others, while seeking public help to identify four additional men and trace two vehicles linked to the scene. Residents with CCTV or doorbell footage are urged to come forward — every detail matters in this ongoing major investigation.
