  • The 1% Leadership Framework That Makes Clients Choose You
    2026/04/02

This is why clients hesitate to buy from you even when your results are undeniable.

You can have the testimonials, the client wins, the proof that your work changes lives… and still feel like people are taking forever to say yes.

This episode breaks down the real reason behind buyer hesitation and why it has nothing to do with your offer or your messaging alone.

Nadine discusses what actually drives premium buyers to invest and why positioning is the missing piece in most businesses.

She shares how buyers have become more discerning, what your “authority edge” really is, and why selling your method is far more powerful than selling a result. Through personal stories and client case studies, you’ll start to see exactly where your messaging is falling flat and how to fix it.

  • The Exact Steps To Build Authority And Stand Out Online with Paula Davies
    2026/03/12

Authority isn’t about being the loudest voice online. To be an authority, you need to be clear in who you are and what makes you different from everyone else in your industry.

In this episode of Beyond The CEO Norm, Nadine sits down with Paula Davies founder of House of Authority and a mentor who helps ambitious women step into leadership in their industry.

They talk about what it actually means to become an authority in your space, the kind that makes people trust you, choose you, and want to work with you.

Nadine and Paula go deep into why so many entrepreneurs struggle to own their authority, even when they are incredibly good at what they do.

They discuss things like over-explaining your message, trying to sound more impressive than necessary, and how unclear positioning can dilute your impact.

They also talk about the power of consistency, trusting your message even when results haven’t arrived yet, and why authority really comes from owning what makes you different rather than trying to blend in.

  • The Void Between Business Levels and How to Uplevel Without Self Sabotage
    2026/02/26

You are not failing. You are not behind. You are in the void between who you were and who you are becoming. And most people quit here.

Nadine talks about the uncomfortable in-between stage of business growth that nobody prepares you for.

    The void.

It is the grey area where you are no longer available for your old level, but you have not yet stabilised into the next one.

When something shifts inside of you and you know you cannot keep working with the same clients, selling the same offers, or showing up with the same messaging, everything can feel destabilising. Your revenue might dip. Your engagement might slow down. Your nervous system might question whether you made the wrong move. But this is not regression. This is expansion!

Nadine breaks down what the void actually looks like in real time:

➡️ Saying no to misaligned clients.

➡️ Holding your pricing when it would be easier to discount.

➡️ Watching momentum slow after a repositioning.

    ➡️ Outgrowing your visual brand.

➡️ Closing or reconfiguring offers that once worked but no longer fit the woman you are becoming.

If you are currently pivoting, rebranding, raising your standards, restructuring your offer suite, or stepping into a higher level identity, this episode will remind you that the void is not a sign you made the wrong move.
