    According to Gay Cororaton, Miami Realtors Economist, land sales in SE Florida were strong in the first half of this year, a great indicator for future development.

    1. Sales of residential, commercial, and industrial land in the counties of Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach rose to $3.56 billion in the first half of 2025, up 14% year-over-year.
    2. The median sales price per square foot rose at a double-digit pace: residential ($116/sf, +16%), commercial ($85,+ 21%), industrial ($64, +52%).
    3. Homestead, The Acreage, and Palm Beach Gardens had the largest sales volume.
