For my entire life, whether through family, friends, school, church, or work, mediocrity was never an option. I was always expected to be "better than that"—and while others kept the bar high, keeping up that impossible standard forced me to give sanitized, curated versions of my life story. Maintaining that image has been slowly destroying me behind the scenes. We’re changing that right now. CONTENT & TRIGGER WARNING: This podcast does not use kid gloves. We cover explicit adult topics across the full spectrum—including sex, deep emotional weight, and raw trauma. While we tackle heavy subjects head-on, this show will always land with a positive spin and actionable calls to action.
