What if positive thinking, self-help books, and spiritual experiences aren't enough to create lasting change? What does it really take to heal emotional wounds and transform your life?
🎙️ In this episode of Inspire & Impact: The Podcast Interviews, host Daniel Rosenstein welcomes Ben Oofana, a traditional healing practitioner, meditation teacher, and spiritual instructor who left home at 17 to live among the Kiowa Native American community in Oklahoma.
There, Ben met Horace Daukei, one of the last surviving Kiowa medicine men, beginning an intense three-year apprenticeship that changed his life.
Through vision quests, traditional ceremonies, and meditation, Ben explored the connection between emotional suffering, the physical body, and spiritual growth. Facing his own childhood trauma, Ben learned why mindset work alone is often insufficient for true transformation.
