  • Is Your Pet Business Website AI-Ready? 6 Things AI Checks Before It Recommends You / Ep. 473
    2026/07/23
AI ready website pet business structure is what gets you recommended by ChatGPT and Perplexity instead of skipped, and most pet sitting and dog walking websites are not built for it yet. In this episode of Bella In Your Business, pet sitters, dog walkers, and pet care business owners will learn exactly what AI checks on a website before it recommends a business, and what to fix first. Web developer Erika Godwin of Barketing Solutions joins Bella Vasta to explain why keyword-stuffed pages don't work anymore, what trust signals AI is actually looking for, how schema markup works behind the scenes, and why raw server data matters more than Google Analytics for tracking AI traffic. This is Episode 473 of Bella In Your Business. IN THIS EPISODE: • How AI decides if your AI ready website pet business setup earns a recommendation, and what it skips over • What schema markup actually does, and why your site needs it • Why a generic services page keeps you invisible to ChatGPT and Perplexity • How raw server data shows AI traffic Google Analytics cannot track • What to do first if your website hasn't been touched in over a year Erika also breaks down why an AI-built website alone is not enough. A developer still handles the schema markup, DNS setup, and page structure an AI tool will never get right on its own, the exact parts AI is reading closely before it decides whether to trust your pet business. She walks through why a bio page for the owner matters, why one general services page is not enough anymore, and why AI cross-checks your directory listings and news mentions against what your website says before it trusts any of it. Bella and Erika also cover directories, citations, and how a hub and spoke content strategy helped one client's Bloomfield Hills dog walking page jump in rankings across search engines within one month of launch. Bella shares her own shift away from social media as the main marketing focus toward content, schema, and signals, and explains why she believes pet business owners who build this now will be trusted ahead of anyone who tries to catch up later. If you want to know exactly where your own site stands, Bella runs a free AI ready website pet business audit at jumpconsulting.net/audit that checks your schema, your AI citations, and what ChatGPT and Perplexity currently say about your business. • Why Every Pet Business Website Sounds the Same (And AI Made It Worse) / Ep. 474
    2026/08/06
Every pet business website sounds the same. And AI made it worse. In this episode, Bella breaks down why AI website copy for pet business owners keeps coming out generic. Cliche copy like "we treat your pets like our own family" has been a trust problem for years. Then AI made it faster and cheaper to ship the exact same voice everyone else already has. You will learn why typing "make this sound like me" into ChatGPT hands you back the same AI voice it hands everyone else, why your website is quietly doing double duty as a sales page AND a recruiting page, and the real discovery questions that make a site actually sound like YOU instead of the competitor down the street. What you will learn in this episode: Why cliche copy is a trust problem, not a taste problem, and why it predates AI entirely The AI Echo Chamber trap that makes "AI website copy" sound like everyone else's AI website copy Why applicants read your website before they ever apply, and what a generic site costs you in hiring The real discovery questions behind copy that actually sounds like you, not a rewritten cliche Why 60% of Google searches ending in an AI answer box changes what your website copy has to do The real cost of DIY-ing your website copy for weeks instead of getting a straight answer in 30 minutes Find out exactly what your website is doing right now. Not what you think it is doing. Get your free AI visibility audit at bellavasta.com/30. • Custom GPT vs AI Agent for Pet Business Owners / Ep. 472
    2026/07/09
GPT vs AI agent for pet business comes down to one thing: a GPT waits on you, and an agent works for you. In this episode of Bella In Your Business, pet sitters, dog walkers, and pet care business owners will learn how to tell a custom GPT from an AI agent, and the four layers every real AI system is built on. Bella explains, in plain English and with pet-sitting examples, why the perfect prompt was never the point, what sub-agents are, and how a checking loop catches mistakes before they ever reach a client. This is Episode 472 of Bella In Your Business. A GPT is like a sitter who texts you asking which key opens the side door, helpful, but you are still on your phone, still deciding every move. An agent is the sitter who already knows and just handles the visit. Bella built an agent that ran three months of her content, then a sub-agent whose only job was to check the first one's work, and it caught 92 mistakes before she ever saw them. That checking layer is the one almost nobody builds, and it is the difference between AI you can hand to a client and AI you have to babysit. The four layers, in order: foundation (the AI knows your voice and standards), skills (one job done your way), workflows (skills strung into a whole job), and the agent that runs it all. Skip the foundation and the whole thing crumbles. The goal is not to prompt better, it is to build something that runs, so AI does 90% of the work and you do 10%, becoming the strainer who approves the work instead of typing every word. So why does everyone get stuck on prompts? Because the prompt is the last inch and the foundation is the mile. Think about how you train an employee: you do not hand a new hire a paragraph of instructions and send them out. You spend months teaching them your voice, your standards, and how you decide when something feels off, until you can just say "go do the 11 o'clock." Your AI needs the exact same thing. That is your AI brain, you, poured in piece by piece, and it is the only reason an agent sounds like your company and not a robot. It is also why you cannot pour a foundation from a YouTube video or by handing AI the transcript of one episode. Bella closes with the question that makes GPT vs AI agent for pet business real: if you disappeared this week, no phone, no laptop, would your business keep breathing, or does it flatline the second you look away? If it flatlines, you do not own a business, you are the business. Building AI the right way is the first real shot a lot of owners have at changing that. If you want a guide through it, the Jump Mastermind goes deep on one topic a month, and this month is systems and processes, exactly what this episode is about. IN THIS EPISODE: • Why a GPT answers while an AI agent acts • What sub-agents are and how a checking loop protects your reputation • The four layers every real AI system needs • How to load your AI brain so it sounds like your company • The 90/10 goal and becoming the strainer TIMESTAMPS: [0:00] GPT vs agent and the 92-error proof [2:57] GPT vs agent in plain English [7:47] It was never a prompt, it was months [15:21] The four layers [20:41] The Mastermind and book a call RESOURCES: Jump Mastermind: https://jumpconsulting.net/mastermind Book 20 minutes with Bella: https://jumpconsulting.net/20 AI For The Busy Human: https://bellavasta.com/busyhuman CONNECT: Website: https://jumpconsulting.net Instagram and Facebook, search Bella Vasta: https://bellavasta.com #GPTvsAIAgent #PetBusiness #BellaInYourBusiness
