The Belchertown Select Board meets to welcome the new Conservation Administrator, consider adoption of the town-wide Communications Plan and a sash for Employee/Citizen/Volunteer of the Year, update the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Task Force charge, and hold multiple pole hearings on Jensen Street and Old Enfield Road, along with a public hearing on a new all-alcohol restaurant license for Cold Spring Country Club Management LLC at 330 Chauncey Walker Street.

The agenda also includes approval of prior minutes, a one-day liquor license request from the Amherst Area Chamber of Commerce, endorsements for the Grants Manager to apply for LAND and PARC grant programs, acceptance of a deed for State Street (Lot B-2), a request from the Belchertown Lions Club to place signs on town property, management of the “Future Items for Discussion” list, a municipal transfer request, and review of the FY27 meeting calendar.
