  • Thank God for Good Directions (feat. Rachel Thibodeau)
    2026/06/05

Welcome back to Bekx & The White Rabbit! This week, I’m joined by one of Nashville’s most celebrated songwriters, Rachel Thibodeau. You’ve heard her work through some of country music’s biggest artists, including Luke Bryan’s Good Directions, but behind the chart-topping songs is a story of resilience, faith, and learning how to listen when your body is trying to tell you something.

Rachel takes me through her journey from a small town in Minnesota to Music City, the moment she chose songwriting over pursuing an artist career, and what it’s really like building a life around creativity. We also dive into the health battles that forced her to step away from music for years, including breast implant illness, mold exposure, chronic illness, and the long road back to feeling like herself again.

Along the way, we talk about healing, intuition, toxic relationships, the pressure to be perfect, and why the people you surround yourself with matter more than you think. Rachel shares hard-earned wisdom from both her personal life and her decades in the music industry, offering a perspective that goes far beyond songwriting.

If you've ever found yourself rebuilding after a setback, questioning what belongs in your life, or searching for a deeper sense of purpose, this conversation is for you.

The best conversations don't end when the episode does. Share what resonated with you most, and make sure you're following along for more stories, insights, and adventures down the rabbit hole.

  • Patrick Clifford: Pope of Five Points East Nashville
    2026/05/15

Welcome back to Bekx & The White Rabbit! This week, I sit down with the self-proclaimed “Pope of Five Points,” Patrick Clifford, for a conversation that takes us deep into music history, Nashville culture, and the lifelong pursuit of finding art that actually means something. From signing The Romantics and working with Etta James, Blues Traveler, Soundgarden, and The Neville Brothers, to sharing stories about Bruce Springsteen, Bono, Cowboy Jack Clement, and the evolution of the music industry, Patrick reflects on a life spent chasing the feeling that great music gives you.

We talk about the beauty and chaos of modern Nashville, the rise of Americana, how social media has changed the way artists connect with audiences, and why authenticity still matters more than ever. Patrick opens up about grief, purpose, community, and what keeps him inspired after decades in the business, while also sharing some unbelievable behind-the-scenes stories from inside legendary recording sessions, late-night listening parties, and years spent discovering artists before the rest of the world caught on.

This episode feels like sitting in a neighborhood bar listening to someone who has truly lived through generations of music history. It’s funny, emotional, wildly insightful, and full of the kind of stories that only come from someone who never stopped loving the process of finding great music and great people.

If this conversation sparked something for you, I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Make sure you’re following along so you don’t miss the next trip down the rabbit hole!

  • Healing Through Sound (feat. Kayce Laine)
    2026/04/24

Welcome back to Bekx and The White Rabbit! In this episode, I sit down with sound healer, musician, and one of my longtime friends, Kayce Laine, for a conversation that starts with music but quickly expands into something much deeper.

Kayce shares her journey from growing up in music and touring in bands to eventually stepping away from a traditional path and into the world of alternative healing. What began with curiosity around crystals turned into a full career built on sound, energy, and helping people reconnect with themselves in ways that aren’t always easy to explain, but are impossible to ignore once you feel them.

We talk through what sound healing actually is, how intention plays a role in the way we experience it, and why there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to frequency and healing. Kayce opens up about the leap from a stable day job into something completely different, the resistance she faced along the way, and how she built a life that feels more aligned with who she really is.

Along the way, we get into everything from the impact of everyday noise on your nervous system to the idea of “sonic hygiene,” ethical sourcing in the crystal world, and the subtle ways energy shows up in our environments. There are also moments that feel hard to explain but stick with you, including stories that challenge what we think we know about healing and intuition.

This episode sits in that space between grounded reality and the unknown, where science, spirituality, and lived experience all overlap. It’s curious, honest, and a little bit unexpected in the best way.

If something in this conversation resonated with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments. Make sure you’re following along so you don’t miss the next episode!

  • Fame Didn’t Prepare Me for This featuring Rebecca Lynn Howard and Bekx & The White Rabbit
    2026/04/03

Welcome to the very first episode of Bekx and The White Rabbit! In this debut, I sit down with Rebecca Lynn Howard for a conversation that moves far beyond music and into the kind of life experiences that shape who you become.

From chasing a childhood dream that brought her to Nashville at just ten years old, to winning a Grammy before she could legally sign her own record deal, Rebecca shares the highs most artists dream about along with the behind-the-scenes reality that rarely gets talked about. The music industry gave her moments of magic, but also its fair share of chaos and heartbreak.

What unfolds is a deeply human conversation about what happens when life forces you to slow down. Rebecca opens up about her experience with Lyme disease, the emotional toll of losing her father, and the long road of learning how to heal physically, mentally, and spiritually. We explore everything from songwriting as therapy to the pressure of holding it together in public while falling apart in private.

This episode lives in that in-between space where success, grief, healing, and purpose all collide. It’s honest, reflective, and at times heavy, but grounded in the belief that even the hardest chapters are shaping something meaningful.

If something in this conversation resonates with you, let me know in the comments. Be sure to follow along and subscribe so you don’t miss what’s coming next!
