Kayce shares her journey from growing up in music and touring in bands to eventually stepping away from a traditional path and into the world of alternative healing. What began with curiosity around crystals turned into a full career built on sound, energy, and helping people reconnect with themselves in ways that aren’t always easy to explain, but are impossible to ignore once you feel them.
We talk through what sound healing actually is, how intention plays a role in the way we experience it, and why there isn’t a one-size-fits-all answer when it comes to frequency and healing. Kayce opens up about the leap from a stable day job into something completely different, the resistance she faced along the way, and how she built a life that feels more aligned with who she really is.
