Bill Moos is a natural storyteller, from his childhood on a wheat and cattle ranch in eastern Washington to his time as a football player at Washington State University and as a college athletic director at his alma mater and other schools. He's got many tales to tell. Now, Bill has gathered those stories in a new memoir.
Bill talks with Larry Clark, editor of Washington State Magazine, about his new book, Crab Creek Chronicles: From the Wheat Fields to the Ball Fields and Beyond. He shares some of the stories of his youth WSU football career, coming home to WSU as athletic director, Coach Mike Leach, and the current state of college sports.
