Have you ever noticed there's one thing about you that just keeps showing up? Doesn't matter the job, the city, the relationship, the season of life you're in. Same essence, every single time.

Most people chalk it up to personality. This episode says it might be something a lot bigger and more magical than that, something your soul actually trained in before it ever got here.

This is part one of a two-parter, where we start unpacking the different flavors of soul training and what each one actually looks like once it lands in a real, everyday human life.

Have a listen and notice which one makes you go, that's me.

WE COVER:

• The real reason certain traits follow you through every version of your life
• What your soul was doing before it ever showed up on Earth
• Four distinct flavours of soul training and how to spot yours
• Why one of these might explain the thing everyone always comes to you for
• The shadow side each type needs to watch for
