  • My Story & My Becoming with Nicole Toudouze
    2026/06/03

Before the guests, there was this. Episode 0 is my story, the one that made this show necessary.

One of my most trusted people, Chelsea Maldonado, sits down with me to ask the questions I'd never been asked publicly. And I answer all of them. I share what my life looked like before my awakening: the performative, self-sacrificing version of me who looked like she had it together but was quietly falling apart.

I talk about the divorce that turned my world upside down, and the long, painful process of falling apart before I could put myself back together. I share what ego death actually feels like in your body and why surrender isn't weakness. I talk about how I rebuilt my life from zero through meditation, journaling, and deep faith, and what it looks like to slowly, intentionally remember who you were always created to be.

This episode is the answer to why Becoming exists. If you're in a season of questioning, losing, or rebuilding, start here.

    (01:26) Chelsea takes the mic

(26:30) The relationship that nearly erased me

(31:34) The three months I didn't leave my house

(41:10) The power of going inward

    (44:56) You are already enough

  • Becoming with Nicole Toudouze
    2026/04/27

I spent most of my life building an identity around what everyone else expected of me.

I looked successful on the outside, but inside, I was empty. When everything crumbled, my marriage, my sense of self, every aspect of the life I had created, I stood in front of the mirror and didn't recognize the woman looking back.

Who had I become? That question broke me open.

The truth is, I had buried myself so deeply beneath a life built for everyone else that I lost her completely. The anxiety, the need to control, the shame, it all traced back to never feeling safe in my own body.

But this is the part of the story that matters most: I surrendered. I stopped running. I stopped silencing my voice. And I started becoming who I was always meant to be.

This is Becoming. This is my story.
