  • EFT Tapping for Animal Lovers: Clear Self-Doubt & Trust Your Connection
    2026/08/28

Do you ever wonder if you're really connecting with an animal—or worry that you're just not intuitive enough?

Maybe you don't feel anything during a session. You don't receive the signs you were expecting. Or you look at someone else's experience and wonder, Why isn't that happening for me?

These are incredibly common challenges for animal communicators, Animal Reiki practitioners, energy healers, and other intuitive animal lovers.

And often, the real problem isn't your ability.

    It's self-doubt.

In this special experiential episode, originally presented for the Animal Reiki community, I introduce you to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), commonly known as tapping, and show you how this simple practice can help calm your nervous system, release limiting beliefs, and strengthen your ability to trust yourself, the animals, and the process.

But we don't just talk about tapping—we do it together!

I'll guide you through a customized version of my Inspired Animal Communicator Tapping Circle, combining reflection, affirmation, EFT tapping, and guided meditation so you can experience what happens when you stop trying so hard to "get it right" and give yourself permission to simply be present.

    • Why feeling "not good enough" is so common in intuitive and energy work

    • How self-doubt can interfere with your ability to recognize the connection that's already happening

    • Why not feeling or seeing a dramatic response doesn't mean an animal isn't connecting with you

    • How EFT tapping can help calm your nervous system and release emotional blocks

    • Why presence can be more important than performance

    • How to begin trusting yourself, the animals, and the process

    • How affirmations, reflection, tapping, and meditation can work together to create deeper inner transformation

Most importantly, this isn't an episode you need to simply listen to.

    Give yourself permission to participate.

Tap along with me. Notice what comes up. Allow yourself to receive the experience without needing to judge whether you're doing it "right."

    And remember:

It is safe for me to trust myself, trust the animals, and trust the process.

If you enjoy this experience and would like to make it a regular part of your personal growth and animal communication journey, I'd love to have you join me in the Inspired Animal Communicator Tapping Circle.

Each month, we come together to clear the inner blocks that hold us back and embody our gifts more fully through reflection, affirmations, EFT tapping, guided meditation, and integration.

  • Animal Communication Training: 5 Things I Wish I’d Known Sooner
    2026/08/14

What do you really need to know when you’re learning animal communication?

My dream of communicating with animals began when I was about five years old. But after decades of ups and downs, I found myself in my forties with a deep longing in my heart and soul: I wanted to communicate with all animals.

That longing eventually led me to enroll in a year-long psychic training program.

    There was just one problem.

When I graduated, I didn’t know any animal communicators. There was no clear roadmap showing me how to go from developing my intuition to confidently communicating with animals.

So I learned through trial and error.

Several years later, I opened my professional animal communication business and soon began teaching friends, clients, and students how to communicate with animals themselves.

    And something interesting happened:

They learned faster than I did.

Not because they were more intuitive or naturally gifted, but because they had something I hadn't had—a guide who could help them understand what mattered, steer them in the right direction, and help them avoid the potholes along the way.

In this episode, I’m sharing the 5 things I most wish someone had told me when I began my animal communication training—and the lessons I now share with my own students.

    In This Episode, You’ll Learn:

    • The 5 things I wish I’d known when I started learning animal communication
    • What can make learning to communicate with animals easier and more effective
    • Common misconceptions that can slow down your progress
    • Why animal communication is about more than simply developing your intuition
    • How to build greater confidence in your animal communication abilities
    • What I’ve learned from years of communicating with animals professionally
    • How having a roadmap can help you avoid unnecessary detours on your journey

Whether you’re just beginning to explore intuitive animal communication, actively developing your skills, or dreaming of becoming a professional animal communicator, these five lessons can help you approach your journey differently.

You don’t have to spend years figuring everything out on your own.

    There is a path.

And sometimes knowing what to focus on—and what not to worry about—can make all the difference.

Which of these five lessons surprised you the most?

And if you’ve already been learning animal communication, what do you wish you had known sooner?

Keep practicing. Keep trusting yourself. And keep becoming the animal communicator you were meant to be.

    Live your gifts,

  • Is Animal Communication Real? 10 Ways to Validate What You Receive
    2026/08/14

Is animal communication real? How do you know whether the intuitive messages you receive from an animal are accurate—or whether you’re simply imagining them?

Skepticism is an attitude of doubt that something is real, and doubt is one of the biggest challenges animal communication students face.

It can be especially difficult when you’re first learning how to communicate with animals. You receive an image, feeling, thought, word, or impression—and immediately your mind jumps in:

Did the animal really tell me that?
How do I know I didn’t make it up?
How can I prove that animal communication actually works?

And then there are the skeptics in our lives: the friends, family members, and other people who may question whether intuitive animal communication is even possible.

The good news is that there are ways to validate the information you receive from animals.

In this episode, I share 10 ways to validate animal communication and gather evidence that the information you’re receiving is accurate.

    • Why doubt and skepticism are so common in animal communication

    • Why validation is essential for building confidence

    • 10 practical ways to validate intuitive information from animals

    • How to recognize evidence that your animal communication is working

    • How validation helps you distinguish intuitive information from your own thoughts

    • How to become more confident when other people question animal communication

    • Why gathering evidence can help you learn to trust yourself—and the animals

Without validation, it’s easy to stay stuck in a cycle of receiving information, questioning it, and never developing the confidence to move forward.

But every time you receive information that you can independently confirm, you add another piece of evidence to your personal experience of animal communication.

Over time, those experiences can transform “I think I can do this” into “I know I can do this.”

And that confidence allows you to keep learning, practicing, trusting your intuition, and becoming the animal communicator you were meant to be.

Do you ever struggle with doubt or skepticism about animal communication?

Which of these 10 methods of validation are you going to try?

Share your experience with me—and keep gathering your own evidence.

Here’s to your success as an Animal Communicator!

    Live your gifts,
