A lot of coaches walk into sessions scared they’ll say the wrong thing.

That fear pulls your focus off the client and back onto yourself.

In this episode, Ustadha Razia Hamidi walks through where that fear comes from and how to define what a mistake actually looks like for you.

We talk about self-awareness, humility, and why starting with shorter sessions builds your confidence faster.

She also shares what to say in the moment when you’re stuck and can’t think of the next question.

You’ll hear about a coach whose session went wrong, and how feedback from a fellow coach helped them see it.

We also look at sincere intention and how it shifts your attention back to the person in front of you.
