This is not a teaching episode. It is an honest update about what is changing here, and why.

I want to be more present in my life. Not in the way that sounds good on a podcast, but in the ordinary way, in my days, in this pregnancy, and in whatever the next part of this turns out to be. I also feel a pull toward being in a room with women again, in person, and I do not yet have a date or a plan for that. Part of what I am telling you is that I am not going to pretend I do.

In this episode:

• What is changing with this show, and why I am not committing to a new schedule
• What is not changing, and why I want to be precise about the difference
• The pause I ask every woman who joins Ascension to take before we build anything
• What usually surfaces in that pause, and why it is rarely what she expected
• An invitation to give yourself the same thing, whether or not we ever work together

KEEP LISTENING:

#202 7 ways to become unrecognisable in 90 days,
#203 The real cost of rebuilding your business alone.

The monthly Intuitive Business Insights reading, an energetic check-in for the woman building a life and business that reflect what she actually wants, instead of leading her to exhaustion. She loves her work, but some days she ends up eight or ten hours in and still wonders why it feels heavier than it should.

This month I am reading for the woman at the threshold, the one who has felt the misalignment long enough to name it and is deciding whether this is the year she stops rebuilding alone. In the reading:

Inside this episode, we dive into:

• Numerology of the Month
• How to embody the collective energy without burning out or scattering your focus
• Deep insights into what’s happening in business
• Clear themes on what you’re here to release, explore, or expand into

I have built my business twice. The first time I did it mostly alone, or with strategic help. These last few years I did it with strategic and spiritual help together. In this episode I talk honestly about the difference between those two, and what trying to rebuild the inner part alone actually cost me. Not just the money, but the time I do not get back.

Inside this episode:

• the Pivot Year story: the 2023 burnout after chasing one income milestone after another
• the reading in early 2024 that made me stop, and the full pause that followed
• what I actually did in that pause year, from deconditioning success to long walks and rest
• why every other offer tells you to optimise, and why this one starts with your nervous system and identity instead
• why more strategy was never your missing piece, and what a twelve-month, intuition-led container changes so the shift actually holds
