My co-host tonight, Erin Celise, who we have been doing certain things together. Very exciting, differentiating, getting variety. And this is one of the episodes that we've been doing on my spiritual guides that I have five of. Erin had right in the beginning said they give me messages for you. But as a life coach, she also has a plan called action. And I'm going to have her talk about that first, because I think I'm on the T in action. So, we're going to spill the tea.

Erin developed the actions and really it is related to the Akashic Records and how your soul realignment kind of goes because you can get your soul reading and kind of see what's in your past lives but what do you do with it. We are in the third dimension that is our reality but there's the fourth dimension which is basically our thoughts. It exists but it's not really tangible and then the fifth dimension is the Akashic Records.
