Syracuse continues to push for 5-star wide receiver recruit Calvin Russell, competing with Miami, LSU, Florida State, and other top college football programs.

Quarterback recruiting can be complex. Take Oklahoma and LSU’s battle for Bowe Bentley. If the Celina (Texas) High School star selects the Sooners, what happens to committed quarterback recruit Jaden O’Neal? Does he stick with the Sooners?

The Tennessee Volunteers come off a huge official visit weekend, including hosting 5-star wide receiver recruit Tristen Keys. He was doing social media with Tennessee quarterback commitment Faizon Brandon, another 5-star recruit.

The Vols are also lining up another big official visit weekend on June 20, with the most prospects Tennessee will host for official visits. Expect the Vols to add big-time recruiting talent.

The Florida Gators and Georgia Bulldogs each added two more talented recruits. Additionally, LSU, FSU, Oregon, and more Power 4 programs also secured commitments.

An interesting trend came from Washington. The Huskies are lining up a top offensive line class and good overall recruiting haul.

There are a handful of schools needing to pick up the recruiting pace, including Missouri, Kentucky, and Virginia Tech among them.
