In part two of our haunted journey through Alamo Plaza, we leave the Emily Morgan behind and step inside the legendary Menger Hotel, one of the oldest and reportedly most haunted hotels in Texas.

Within its historic halls, guests have reported encounters with Sallie White, a chambermaid murdered by her husband; A mysterious women dressed in blue; and ghostly soldiers who may still gather by the bar where Theodore Roosevelt once recruited Rough Riders. The battle may have ended in 1836, but around Alamo Plaza, some believe its spirits never truly left.
