This podcast has everything you need to know about energy healing. My mission is to show that if you are not looking after your energy field, then you are missing a big piece of the puzzle which is our overall holistic health. If you upgrade your energy, you upgrade your life.

When we consistently look at, clean and expand our energy fields we are able to achieve better balance on all levels - that is mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. When our energy is clean and clear we feel more centered, joyful and focused.

Sometimes it can be very confusing as to where to start, so this podcast is about looking at the options out there. What can I try? What will it help me with? Where could it lead me?

  • From Overthinking To Inner Peace through ERA Coaching with Eddie Truong
    2025/12/07

Ever wonder why scrolling feels relaxing even as it leaves you more restless? We sit down with coach and author Eddie Truong to unpack the hidden mechanics of phone compulsion, the shame high achievers carry when discipline doesn’t work, and the path to a calmer, more focused life without giving up ambition. Eddie’s insights cut through the noise with a blend of neuroscience, behavioural psychology, and lived experience that makes complex ideas immediately useful.

Eddie shares how variable ratio rewards—think slot machines in your pocket—keep you checking notifications, and why we get a bigger dopamine rush from anticipation than from the reward itself. For driven professionals, that loop often collides with identity: if you can master a career, why not your device? Understanding the system disarms guilt and opens the door to smarter strategies: reduce triggering cues, design friction into your digital defaults, and replace avoidance with skills that regulate attention and emotion.

The conversation turns personal as Eddie recounts moving to the United States on a full scholarship, the isolation that followed, and the coping strategy of overachievement that hid anxiety and depression. From that journey came ERA Coaching—Empowerment, Rediscovery, Awakening—a framework that helps clients reclaim agency, uncover the real motives behind their success, and align impact with inner peace. We dive into practical tools like powerful questions that lead you to your own answers, acknowledgement that reflects strengths you can’t see, and a reframe of meditation as time with self rather than another task to win. Eddie also names the “spiritual ego” that grades your growth and shows how forgiveness dissolves that pressure so real change can stick.

If you’re searching for help with phone addiction, burnout, overthinking, or sustainable productivity, you’ll find clear steps and fresh perspective here. Walk away with simple changes to notification hygiene, work–rest boundaries, and daily presence, alongside a deeper belief that success and serenity can coexist. Enjoyed the conversation? • From Victim Stories To Self-Trust: Practical Reframing With Jamie Lerner
    2025/11/30

    Send us a text

What if the day you’re dreading is only a lens you can swap out? We sit down with integrative well-being therapist Jamie Lerner to unpack the art of reframing—using deliberate thought and feeling to change how your day unfolds without changing the facts. From turning your commute into free time to anticipating positive interactions at work, Jamie shows how pre-paving creates momentum and how small mental shifts produce real-world ease.

We also explore the practice of allowing: dropping judgement, focusing on your own alignment, and letting others make their choices without turning their path into your project. Jamie shares how early life shaped her fierce self-connection, why self-responsibility clears resentment, and how trusting intuition becomes a reliable guide. The conversation moves into story work—how outdated, attention-grabbing victim scripts keep us stuck, why 80% of many personal narratives are no longer true, and how to edit them so they reflect who you are now.

Along the way, you’ll hear about Jamie’s book The Ever Loving Essence of You, written in a creative flow that felt channeled, and the practical services she offers, including a texting-based option called The Quickie that helps clients see they knew their answers all along. Expect clear steps: identify the story you repeat, notice how it feels, soften the language, fact-check the details, and test a five-day experiment of reframing your mornings. If you’re ready to trade drama for agency and dread for choice, this is your map to a lighter, more authentic day.

Subscribe for more conversations on mindset, energy, and practical tools for well-being, share this episode with a friend who needs a reframe, and leave a review to tell us your biggest takeaway.

  • What If The Body’s Largest “Organ” Remembers Everything? with Peter Stuart
    2025/11/23

    Send us a text

Pain doesn’t always start where it hurts. We sit down with massage therapist and myofascial release specialist Peter Stuart to explore fascia—the collagen-rich connective tissue that wraps muscles, nerves, organs, and bone—and why researchers now see it as a bodywide sensory network. Peter breaks down how gentle, sustained touch can signal the nervous system to soften long‑held tension, and why this light approach often outperforms forceful techniques for people living with chronic pain.

Across the conversation, we look at scars and adhesions that quietly tether tissue and create puzzling symptoms years after surgery or injury. Peter explains how pelvic balance underpins healthy movement, how desk posture teaches the brain to brace, and why small, frequent movement keeps fascial layers hydrated and gliding as we age. We also dive into TMJ and teeth grinding, tracing the overlap between biomechanics, anxiety, and sleep, and where counselling or EMDR can support lasting change.

The heart of Peter’s practice is whole‑person care. He screens for life stress, past trauma, nutrition, and sleep because pain rarely lives in one place. That lens includes emerging research on birth trauma, ADHD, and generational stress, along with emotional release through tissue work—a space where the body’s structure and story meet. Expect clear explanations, practical takeaways, and a fresh understanding of how intention, gentle pressure, and smart movement can help your body let go.

If this conversation helps you see your pain differently, share it with a friend, subscribe for more thoughtful episodes, and leave a review to help others find the show.
