  • Hey there!! Welcome to the Badass Butterflies Podcast. You guys! I am so excited about this, If you have been following me then you know I have been doing the Choose Your Path Podcast for a little over a year and I decided to take my own advice and shift to another path because of all the things going on in my life and around me!And because of all that, Badass Butterflies is now here. There is a story behind this title as you are probably wondering “what the hell does that even mean” Well let me tell you…..I celebrated my last 40 something birthday this year and lord knows over time there have been so many life experiences, changes, ups and downs, and I have decided I can’t be the only one out there going through all of these little challenges in life so why not share!It doned on me when I hit these rough patches in life, however long they may be I tend to go into my protective mode cocoon, do all the things while having that protective shell around me, and then come out a badass butterfly. I am not going to share my entire background in this short cliff note podcast trailer but just know you aren’t alone. This podcast will be real talk, sharing the ups, downs, random thoughts, things I am doing, things I am loving, Motherhood, family, and personal stories, and probably venting sessions because TOGETHER we can definitely get through this! Think of this as maybe a podcast journal that you might even relate to sometimes. That is if you are a midlife, working, wife and mother also trying to live your best life trying to stay healthy and juggle all the damn things every dang day!And who knows, just maybe if it takes off we will create a safe facebook group to all chat together.So get ready for some fun, real talk episodes to come in September 2022.

    If you want to continue to hear some amazing BB episodes head back over to the Choose Your Path Podcast and subscribe!  In about a week the Choose your path podcast will magically turn into the BB podcast so we will have the new episodes of the BB podcast but keep the old episodes of the CYP podcast! Ahhhh the best of both worlds!! I can't wait to see where this journey takes us!

    I've been thinking a lot about the podcast these days and often wonder why the hell I keep doing it and then every week I feel the pull back to the microphone.  It's like it's calling me to speak into it.  I honestly rarely know what I am going to speak till about 12 hrs maybe even 30 minutes before I do the mic test. Then I often ask myself why I keep doing these. Is it for the 4 downloads I get per week (umm probably not) So I just kept letting my mind wonder about this craziness.

    Today I will dig into the why and how things keep pulling me to keep doing them.
