Not the Sunday school version, the real one, where God doesn't explain himself and Job doesn't get a reason. They talk about what gets promised in scripture and what doesn't. Because here's the thing nobody tells you: God never actually promised comfort. He promised Joy and He promised Peace. Those are not the same thing, and confusing them will wreck your faith the first time life gets hard.
No tidy bow on this one. Just an honest look at the hardest question people ask, and what it might mean to keep believing anyway.
