Starring Daniel Craig as 007 Spectre tries to tie up some of the underlying themes and questions running through the James Bond franchise while Alien Earth tries its best to ask more questions about what's going on in the Alien franchise. This week we take a look at two films both of which left us a bit confused as to what's going on! Downsizing has some great characters that save the film some what but jumps around and doesn't have a clear path as to what it's trying to achieve. It's a great idea for a film but did it score well? the second film was the 2025 Netflix film The Old Guard 2 which takes off where the original film ends. must admit after 30 minutes it was difficult to follow who was immortal and who wasn't! listen to hear what we thought.
