Welcome to the Back Pew Press Box (Rebrand + Sit ’Em/Start ’Em + Clean-Slate Takeaway)

Adam and Lucas relaunch their podcast under a new name, shifting from the Fatherhood Collective to the Back Pew Press Box to better cover faith, family, sports, culture, and news. They discuss early-fall optimism with school back in session and sports seasons starting, including cautious Cowboys expectations, and share a headline about Dejon Love, a man charged with scamming over a million dollars on dating apps by posing as a 49ers receiver. The episode features a rapid-fire “Sit ’Em/Start ’Em” segment spanning Bible stories, church preferences, sports debates, and political picks. They close with a “Back Pew Takeaway” encouraging grace and a clean slate, quoting Philippians 3:13–14 and urging forgiveness and forward focus.
