This between-seasons mini-episode is a palate cleanser, field guide, and small act of linguistic housekeeping. Jack walks through the phrases that keep showing up in Between Worlds: clarity with teeth, drafted, approved boxes, Reality Check, The Move, no screens until you’ve touched the real, tool, not tutor, and a life that holds. The goal is not to create a private vocabulary club or, heaven preserve us, a cult with better typography. The goal is to give listeners language that works under pressure. These phrases are handles: ways to notice when attention has been hijacked, when the feed is setting the emotional temperature, when truth is becoming cruelty, or when love is becoming mush. Use the tools. Toss what does not help. Stay human.
