Helena built a career in technology that included working at NASA before Hurricane Katrina changed the life she and her family had carefully built and eventually brought them from Louisiana to Virginia.

What followed wasn't simply starting over. It was reinvention.

Helena shares how the experiences, skills, relationships and lessons from her previous life became part of what she built next. Today, she helps entrepreneurs navigate websites, AI, automation, marketing and business technology while also creating spaces where women can build genuine relationships through WNC Lagniappe.
