I ALWAYS I WANT TO SAY MAHALO…THANK YOU…TO ALL OF YOU WHO’VE SUPPORTED THE PODCAST, IT MEANS REALLY A LOT.

Okay so I’m back to my usual rotation in the Podcast episodes. This is episode #65 which is picking up with entries #23 and #23, featuring Stanley Clarke’s 1976 outstanding release titled ‘School Days’ coming in at #24. Then at #23 I have Lenny White featuring Twennynine, their hugely successful 1979 release titled ‘Best of Friends’. This singular episode will feature various releases from both of these artists who were performing these great songs during their absolute prime, when they were nearly at the very top of their game. Lots of memories from both of these records for me; listening to Stanley Clarke's ‘School Days’ solo bass rip over and over and over again, as I was in junior high school during the years of 1976 and beyond. Then coming to the year of 1979, in September that year, I’d begun my senior of high school listening to Lenny White’s ‘Best of Friends’ album. Yo, that album had one of the best songs on it that we used to party in the club to that joint, so you know that song will always be with me. So just sit back and go on this journey with me. It’s not always that I share funky jazz fusion with you like this. Hell many of you out there probably don’t even know what this music is - but let me tell you it’s some of the best music ever, ever made! ENJOY! THIS IS BLAZE STREET MUSIC AND THIS IS - MUSIC OF A LIFETIME!
