missed 3 months (oops, lol) so here is the long awaited PLOG (trademark pending) update, i chat about my sister's wedding in italy, my recent panic attack, as well as the numerous amounts of recent theatre visits

a lot of this PLOGcast centres around me as a musician, but also my mental health, which as a gigging musician in london is often tested, so please listen and if my ramblings can be any help, then ill be a happy (big) boy (with bigger dreams)

todays poem // 'Easy Enough To Pocket'

There’s a rock at the bottom of every garden

Every walk through the country

reveals another source of lingered sediment

easy enough to pocket

Some see a small and shiny pebble

smooth to the touch

or jagged and interesting that is

easy enough to pocket

The beach is covered in sand

Aka tiny tiny rocks,

plus shells, dolomite, and serpentine all

easy enough to pocket

For those brave enough

for those with big bold eyes

a pet rock or aquarium bolster is

easy enough to pocket

Next time I am walking through

some various wood or alleyway

If I should chance upon a rock that is

easy enough to pocket.
