In this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Tiffany Gardhouse where we discussed the infinite realms of yoga, mindfulness, Ayurveda, season-led eating, and ways to find balance through the everyday ebbs and flows of life. Not only is she a health, wellness, and nutrition coach, but she is also a yoga and meditation teacher, business owner, as well as, being a wife and mother of three sons. Since discovering her own yoga practice, she now inspires others to cultivate their own, weaving in meditation, holistic nutrition, season-led eating, and how you can incorporate mantras into your life, to help you be more present with your meals. She's since gone on to explore Ayurveda, one of the world's oldest holistic healing systems into her practice, where she now incorporates these modalities into her programs, classes, workshops, and retreats. “It's something that we need to practice every day. We have habits that here in the Western world that we think are okay, like burning ourselves out and going to work sick and all of these things and it takes practice to listen to our bodies, to slow down, and adopt these more non-conventional ways of living" - Tiffany Gardhouse.
