    -------------------🤍🤍🤍-------------------

Almost everyone enters relationships with the same misunderstanding.

We believe the other person is supposed to give us love.
And when we don't feel loved, we assume something is wrong with them... or with the relationship.

I want to offer a completely different way of looking at relationships.

    WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

◽ The biggest misunderstanding people bring into relationships
◽ Why the quality of your life comes from who you're being, not what you have or do
◽ The difference between receiving love and experiencing love
◽ What every relationship is actually designed to give you
◽ Why difficult people create the greatest opportunities for growth
◽ How gratitude naturally replaces disappointment in relationships

Relationships aren't here to complete you.

They're here to give you the opportunity to become the person you most love being.

One of the questions people ask me most often is:
"Should I be in a relationship?"

My answer always begins the same way.

    There is no "should."

Being in a relationship is a choice.

And making that choice becomes much clearer when we stop confusing love with relationship. You can deeply love someone without marrying them. You can love someone and still choose to leave. You can love someone and recognize that a different form of relationship is healthier for both of you.

    WHAT YOU'LL LEARN:

🪷 Why love and relationship are two completely different things
🪷 Why love alone should never determine the form of a relationship
🪷 The importance of accepting someone exactly as they are today
🪷 Why trying to love someone's "potential" often creates disappointment
🪷 The deeper purpose of a committed relationship
🪷 Three questions that bring clarity to one of life's biggest decisions

A great relationship isn't built on obligation.

It's built on a conscious choice to accept, empower, and help another person flourish while freely choosing that path together.

  • The 3 Freedoms You Need to Love Fully
    2026/07/08

    Send us Fan Mail

Most people think the goal is to become more loving. I don't.

I think love is already natural.

The real challenge is keeping ourselves free enough for love to show up.

In this video, I explore what I believe are the three most important freedoms we can cultivate as human beings. These freedoms don't just improve our relationships. They restore our peace, our power, and our ability to love fully.

    WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

💭 Why being "right" is often the source of separation and conflict
💭 How curiosity creates connection where righteousness creates distance
💭 Why your experience of life comes from who you're being, not what others are doing
💭 The hidden belief that fuels resentment
💭 How stories about the past quietly limit your future
💭 Why freedom, not effort, is the foundation of love

Love is not something you have to manufacture.

    Keep yourself free.

And love will take care of itself.

  • The Secret Shared by History's Greatest Leaders
    2026/06/23

    Send us Fan Mail

When I look at the greatest leaders in human history, I notice something they all seemed to have in common.

    They refused not to love.

    No matter what they faced.
No matter how they were treated.
No matter how difficult the circumstances became.

    They chose love anyway.

In this episode, I explore why this choice is far more than a spiritual ideal or a moral principle. Refusing not to love is the source of both our joy and our effectiveness. It is what allows us to remain at peace with ourselves, at peace with life, and fully alive in the midst of whatever is happening around us.

    WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

🤍 What history's greatest leaders had in common
🤍 Why love is essential for both joy and effectiveness
🤍 The connection between being loving and being listened to
🤍 Why intelligence alone does not create influence
🤍 How refusing not to love creates peace with yourself and life
🤍 A practical commitment that can transform your relationships and leadership

The question is not whether life will give you reasons not to love.

The question is whether you will choose love anyway.

  • The 5 Shifts That Create Inner Peace
    2026/06/17

    Send us Fan Mail

Most people think peace is something we find. I don't.

I think peace is something we generate.

And if we want more peace in our lives (and more peace in the world) we need to rethink some of the fundamental assumptions we've been taught about ourselves and about life.

In this episode, I introduce five paradigm shifts that I believe are essential for creating peace, both individually and collectively. These aren't techniques or temporary fixes. They're deeper distinctions that change the way we listen, think, relate, and live.

    WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

🌼 Why listening to statements as "truth" creates conflict and sufferin
🌼 How choosing which realities to endorse gives you greater freedom
🌼 What it means to relate to yourself as a multidimensional being
🌼 Why love is a way of being, not merely an emotion or thought
🌼 How stepping outside of right/wrong and good/bad creates peace
🌼 The true meaning of acceptance and why it increases your effectiveness

Peace is not something that happens to you.

It's something you learn to generate.

And it begins with the paradigms you choose to live inside of.

  • The Reality You Choose Becomes Your Life
    2026/06/11

    Send us Fan Mail

Most people spend their lives trapped by realities they never consciously chose.

Not because those realities are true.

    But because they endorsed them.

In this episode, I explore one of the most liberating distinctions I've ever encountered: the difference between reality and truth. Most of us hear statements as if they are either true or false. We immediately start debating, defending, agreeing, or disagreeing.

But what if that's the wrong question?

    WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:

🪷 Why reality and truth are not the same thing

🪷 How every sentence creates a suggested reality

🪷 What it means to endorse or reject a reality

🪷 Why treating beliefs as truth leaves you trapped by them

🪷 How unconscious realities shape your life and decisions

🪷 A practical way to reclaim your freedom and personal power

You don't have to win the debate about what's true.

You only need to become conscious of the realities you're choosing to live inside of.

    That's where freedom begins.

    -------------------🤍🤍🤍-------------------

One of the biggest misunderstandings in relationships is believing that love comes from the other person.

We enter relationships hoping to be loved.
    Wanting to feel loved.
Expecting love to come toward us.

But if you look carefully at your actual experience, that’s never how love works.

In this video, I explore a radically different way of understanding relationships and the source of love itself. Love is not something another person gives you. Love is something you experience when you are being loving.

    WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
◻️ Why love never actually comes from another person
◻️ How your way of being shapes what you experience in relationships
◻️ Why judgment blocks your experience of love
◻️ The real purpose of intimate relationships
◻️ How difficult people create opportunities for deeper love
◻️ What my mother taught me while caring for my stepfather with dementia

The point of a relationship is not to get love.

It’s to have someone in your life who gives you the opportunity to be loving.

Most people try to lead with being right.

They lead with logic, persuasion, force, dominance, and intelligence.

And then they wonder why nobody is truly listening.

In this video, I talk about what leadership actually requires. Not moralistically. Not sentimentally. But practically. If people do not listen to you, you have no power as a leader no matter how brilliant, persuasive, or “right” you may be.

    WHAT YOU’LL LEARN:
◻️ Why being “right” does not make you an effective leader
◻️ The real reason people stop listening to each other
◻️ Why leadership depends on people experiencing your love and respect
◻️ The difference between love as a feeling and love as a way of being
◻️ How to remain loving even during conflict or difficult conversations
◻️ Why love increases both your effectiveness and your joy in living

Leadership is not about controlling people.

It’s about who people experience you being when they are with you.
