SEEK THE PEACE OF THE CITY
Jeremiah 29:1–14
What does it mean to live as God’s people in the place where He has positioned us?
In Jeremiah 29, God speaks to His people living in exile and tells them to build, plant, pray and seek the peace of the city.
This sermon explores what faithful presence looks like today.
God remains sovereign even in seasons and places we would not have chosen.
His people are called to pray for and actively seek the good of their communities.
And while we serve faithfully in the present, our ultimate hope remains in Jesus Christ and His coming Kingdom.
For AFM Impact, the challenge is deeply practical:
What would it look like if we did not merely gather in Midrand, but actually became a blessing to Midrand?
Listen to Seek the Peace of the City, part of our series Intercessors for the Nation.
