  • S2, E12: Your Energy Is The Asset with Marli Silver and Morgan Hawes
    2026/09/02

What if your energy is the most valuable thing you bring into any room — more than your resume, your connections, or what you actually do?

In this episode, co-founders Marli & Morgan use Marli's recent Mallorca trip as a jumping-off point for a much bigger conversation: how they're each redefining their worth outside of output, why criticism has quietly replaced leadership, and what it takes to get back to the version of themselves before they learned to shrink to fit in.

It's a conversation about showing up as yourself, on purpose, everywhere you go.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Why stepping outside your usual environment (alone) is what actually shifts your perspective, not the destination itself

    • Redefining value: how energy and authenticity can open more doors than expertise or who you know

    • Holding space for different perspectives without needing to agree, change your mind, or change theirs

    • Reconnecting with who you were before you learned to shrink to fit in

    • Chasing "anchor point" moments — the small choices that become the memories you build a life around

    • Doing the work that actually lights you up, even when it's the scarier option

The takeaway: Your value in any room isn't your title or your resume — it's your energy and how honestly you show up. That's worth building on purpose.

  • S2, E11: The Discipline of Joy with Victoria Posner
    2026/08/12

In this episode, co-founders Carley & Morgan pull up a chair for Victoria Posner, founder of Sweat With V. She's a certified personal trainer, online fitness and nutrition coach, endurance athlete, community builder, and entrepreneur who has spent over a decade helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. Victoria recently completed a marathon and then ran 105 miles continuously on a treadmill for 24 hours as part of Project 24/42, raising support for Boston Children's Hospital in honor of her best friend. She combines fitness, nutrition, and mindset to create results that are both sustainable and empowering.

    Theme line:

This conversation goes far beyond fitness — it's about discipline, gratitude, community, and learning to feel confident in your own skin at every stage of life.

In this episode, we talk about:

    • Victoria's path from fashion into fitness, and how a trampoline class changed everything
    • Gym intimidation and her advice for building confidence with a trainer
    • Meal prep, discipline, and staying consistent with a chaotic schedule
    • The power of a daily gratitude practice and the mind-body connection
    • Running 105 miles in 24 hours for Project 24/42 — the prep, the low points, and the people who carried her through
    • Why community has always been Victoria's "why," rooted in feeling excluded growing up
    • Confidence, aging, and dating in your 40s

    The takeaway:

Discipline isn't about doing it alone — the hardest things become possible when you build a community of people who genuinely want to see you win.

  • S2, E10: Balancing Business & Scaling with Spontaneity
    2026/08/05

In this episode, co-founders Marli and Morgan unpack their very different relationships with spontaneity and freedom, sparked by Marli getting a same-week invite from her sister to fly to Mallorca. Marli's not the risk-taker of the two - she needs every detail locked down before she'll jump; Morgan's the book-it-and-figure-it-out type who's built a life and a love story around saying yes first and sorting out the logistics later. Together they dig into what it actually takes to build a business that lets you leave it.

It's a real conversation about the gap between wanting freedom and actually trusting yourself enough to take it.

In this episode, we talk about:

Marli's last-minute Mallorca invite and the panic that comes with being spontaneous

Why Marli plans every detail while Morgan trusts she'll "figure it out"

Running a one-woman-show business and what it really takes to unplug

Group trips vs. traveling with just one person and why fewer people means fewer headaches

Whether solo travel is finally worth trying

Morgan and Deandre's spontaneous origin story, from a Bumble match to a last-minute flight to Bali

The takeaway: Freedom isn't something your business hands you - it's something you build, one spontaneous yes at a time.
