    Dear Bellamy Black,

    I was really excited to hear about your new podcast, Ask a Witch. I love that you are offering your listeners an opportunity to ask questions. This whole metaphysical world is so full of unknowns and untapped knowledge, it's nice to know there is a platform available to those of us who are forever seeking knowledge.

    I do have a situation I am dealing with that I thought you might be able to weigh in on. Lately I have been wanting to become more of a spiritual leader in my community, but I have been struggling with what exactly that means. Do I have to go through an initiation? Are my leadership skills invalid if I don’t initiate? What responsibilities will I be taking on if I do recognize myself as a leader? Additionally, I hear terms like High priestess, and Shaman, and I wonder what those positions require specifically.

    Join Bellamy Black as she interviews Marco Cabrera, a Peruvian Shaman or Paqo. Bellamy, as well as our listener are facing the prospect of becoming more of a spiritual leader in their respective communities. Marco lends his years of expertise and knowledge. Together they discuss, listening to the call of leadership. And how that call changes their lifestyle and their spiritual responsibilities. We are awarded a glimpse into Marco’s personal Shamanism pathwork and some of his spiritual tools. And they discuss the sacred reciprocity that comes along with giving of yourself.
