Traveled to the Wisconsin Dells at the end of June for a vacation and a time away from normal life.

My wife and I went to visit friends in Las Vegas. They told us there is much more to Vegas than casinos. They treated to a tour of the area.

This coming Monday we will welcome 60-70 four-year-olds to 4th graders. And the word on the street is that we have a lot more boys signed up than girls, so this sounds like an interesting week for VBS.

In the end, we have to own our choices whether good or bad.

This coming weekend we will celebrate Holy Trinity Sunday. It is the day in which we give special attention to the fact that God is One in three persons.

A couple weeks ago, my wife and I took a short trip to Las Vegas. We didn’t go to the strip at all. Didn’t gamble at all. We went to Grand Canyon west and walked on the Skywalk and then went to the old west mining town of Oatman, AZ.

Our family had a great time last Friday attending the Banana Ball event at Equity Bank Park.
