What are you afraid might happen if you loosen your grip? And what could change if you trusted yourself to handle what comes next?

Scorpio season takes us beneath the surface, to the fears, desires, and protective patterns that shape how we love, communicate, spend, and show up in the world.

In this episode of As Above So Within, Mari and Jody explore Scorpio’s emotional depth, fierce loyalty, and capacity for transformation. We also look at its shadow: jealousy, suspicion, holding grudges, and the urge to control outcomes when being vulnerable feels risky.

We walk through Scorpio in all twelve houses, with rising-sign guidance, practical reflection questions, and an essential oil pairing for each house. Then we explore the astrology of Scorpio season 2026, including Venus and Mercury retrograde, the Taurus Full Moon, the Scorpio New Moon, and Mars meeting Jupiter in Leo.

Libra season invites us to examine the balance between self and other. How do we remain connected to the people we love without abandoning our own needs?

In this episode, we explore the gifts and shadows of Libra, including relationships, harmony, beauty, compromise, people-pleasing, conflict avoidance and healthy boundaries. We also walk through every rising sign, sharing how Libra season may affect each house of your chart, along with practical ways to work with the energy and an essential oil for support.

This Venus retrograde may bring relationship patterns, money matters, questions of self-worth and unresolved emotions back into focus.

The question is not whether you should choose yourself or the relationship. It is whether you can honor yourself while creating healthier, more authentic relationships.

Back in May, we celebrated the one-year anniversary of As Above So Within by giving away a free natal chart reading, and our lovely winner, Janey, graciously agreed to let us share part of her reading with all of you.

In this episode, we're inviting you behind the scenes to experience what an astrology reading with us actually looks like.

As we explore Janey's chart, a powerful story begins to emerge around relationships, self-worth, responsibility, purpose, and learning who she is outside of everything she has had to carry. We dive into her Sun, Moon and Rising, her relationship patterns, career and creativity, Saturn, and a powerful Grand Cross woven directly into her evolutionary nodal story.

At the heart of it all is an invitation to move from survival and self-sacrifice toward greater self-expression, connection, joy, and the ability to receive.

Janey's chart is uniquely hers, but her story raises questions that may resonate with many of us: What happens when struggle becomes part of our identity? And who might we become when we finally allow ourselves to put some of that weight down?

Join us for a heartfelt exploration of Janey's natal chart and the story her soul may be asking her to write next.

Note: Portions of Janey's original reading were removed due to internet and audio issues, and personal details have been intentionally omitted to honor her privacy.

"What's Your Sign??"

Your Sun sign is probably the only part of your birth chart that most people know. But, it's also one of the most misunderstood.

The Sun isn't just your personality or your ego or simply "who you are".

Your Sun represents the radiant center of your being . It is the life force that animates you, the creative spark that longs to express itself, and the path of becoming that unfolds throughout your lifetime.

In this episode, we explore the deeper symbolism of the Sun in astrology, including what it reveals about purpose, vitality, confidence, identity, and authentic self-expression. We also discuss the Sun through the signs, houses, and aspects so you can begin working with your own solar energy in a much more intentional way.
