In Episode 7, Stacey and Trevor explore what it means to feel genuinely inhabited in our bodies—and what happens when we feel inhibited, disconnected or unable to fully arrive inside ourselves.
What does being alive feel like in the body?
What sensations, movements or impulses tell us that we are present?
What happens when emotion begins to move but we have learned to contain, manage or interrupt it?
And are there ways to become more embodied without turning embodiment into one more thing we have to perform perfectly?
As always, the conversation is not about getting it right. It is an invitation to gently explore the wisdom and presence of your body, deepen your somatic literacy and become a little more curious about what your physiology may already be communicating.
