  • Mamdani Accused Amid Genocide Rhetoric Controversy

Mamdani Accused Amid Genocide Rhetoric Controversy
    2026/10/17
Antisemitic hate crimes in New York City now account for more than half of all reported hate crimes, with 245 incidents recorded in the first nine months of 2026. The episode examines accusations of antisemitism leveled against NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani following his 'genocide' rhetoric regarding Israel, contrasted with remarks by Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman and commentary by Bret Stephens, linking this to IHRA criteria and global propaganda. Coverage also includes Pennsylvania's legislative move to adopt the IHRA definition of antisemitism, an ADL initiative for campus professionals, and vandalism arrests in Connecticut. We also look at community commemorations in Northern New Jersey.
