  • Exhibition as a Way of Life: Ali Bravo
    2026/05/16

In this episode (which was recorded in February 2026) I sit down with my dear friend, Ali Bravo, and we talk about our shared way of moving in the world which includes a pull toward exhibitionism... in many different ways. This is about being a vulnerable storyteller. Whether it's through writing and art, or on social media, or just with friends or in community.

We get into why we're called to be so out and loud and sometimes messy or shocking in the world, and also the ways we've strengthened this muscle over time, and even what can go wrong and how to move through that. If you're someone who wants to feel more expressed and raw in how you share privately or publicly, we've got ideas and tips for ya! Plus, some fun little stories sprinkled in for you to enjoy.

This was the perfect topic to celebrate 30 episodes of the Another Way podcast, which has been a potent and healing outlet for sharing more and more of myself with the world - and uplifting others' voices so they can do the same. I hope you enjoy it!

Oh and here's the Ignite Talk I mention in the episode: Insights from the Dick Funnel

In this episode I bring back my first repeat guest and who was the first interview on Another Way... Ginny Muir! • It’s All the (Mom) Rage: An Inquiry Into Motherhood - Minna Dubin
    2025/10/30

I had the absolute pleasure of sitting down with Minna Dubin, author of MOM RAGE: The Everyday Crisis of Modern Motherhood. We talked about all the things that not enough people (in my humble opinion) are naming and talking about in regards to Moms and the expectations and pressure we put on them, paired with all the ways we are not supporting, acknowledging, or listening to them.

We asked the questions, "Why is motherhood not working for so many people?" and "Why are so many women not choosing motherhood?" Minna not only shares vulnerably around her own experiences but also has a wealth of research and recommendations for things we can actually do to help shift things.

  • At the Intersection of Clown Mother & Therapist: Maya Culbertson-Lane
    2025/09/04

Oh boy this was a fun interview! I loved talking with Maya Culbertson‑Lane about all the things including her journey as a performance artist and clown, what clowning means to each of us and the role it plays, her experiences with being an aging woman in the performance world, the intersectionality of her being a therapist and a clown mother - and what that even means, and of course, polyamory and relating and sexuality. The list goes on.

  • Love Liberation & Self Commitment: Bre Reilly
    2025/08/22

I sit down with Sex Educator and Relationship Coach, Bre Reilly, as she shares about her own personal love liberation journey as well as the kind of work she does with her clients - including couples. Bre is someone who both creates and holds deep spaces for others to speak freely, feel deeply, and create relationships that reflect their real selves... but she also models this in her own life, which we dive deep into in this episode.

After a recent break-up, which also followed her divorce, she has chosen a path of self commitment, including a ceremony to make it official and commit to being her own primary partner. We get into how she's in this new phase of life feeling deeply empowered. Bre tells us about what this all means to her and why it's been so important in her own healing journey.

I loved this vulnerable and insightful interview with Bre, and I know you all are going to love it too. We also get into topics around sexual exploration, polyamory, and just relating in general.

  • ADHD: Not Broken, Just Different - Sebastian Clarke
    2025/07/08

The week before my 40th birthday this year I was diagnosed with ADHD and it's completely turned my world upside down (and right side up??) So, of course, I wanted to do an episode about ADHD... pronto!

Sebastian Clarke, Intimacy Coach and Educator with TurnON.love, was the perfect guest to dive into so many of the neurodivergent topics I've been obsessing over lately. In this episode we really focus on ADHD and relationships including questions like:

    • How does having ADHD impact our relationships?
    • What are some common challenges we might face?
    • How can ADHD show up in our sex lives?
    • How to talk to someone that you think might have ADHD and may not know it?
    • What are some tips for ADHD folks to navigate relating in a neurotypical world?
    • Are my fidget toys loud enough to be heard on this podcast? ;)

Plus, a whole lot more. Seb and I both share some personal stories as we traverse the vulnerable complexities of being neurodivergent ourselves and wanting to talk about all the things!

    2025/06/24

Rachel Alexandria (former psychotherapist turned Soul Medic) and I nerd out on everything Enneagram in this episode that I believe has something for everyone... whether you've never even heard of the Enneagram before today or you're an experienced student and user of it.

We not only share our own personal experiences but we get into each different type, how to best figure out what your type is, wings, stress/growth directions, the triads, and the three instincts. Rachel also shares a new-to-me way of understanding and remembering the 9 Enneagram Types that I found really interesting!

Rachel apprenticed learning the Enneagram nearly 20 years ago and currently teaches classes called Enlightening with the Enneagram to a variety of small companies and organizations, and also created a video program called Tapping for Your Enneagram Type.

  • From Career Crisis to Entrepreneurship: Michael Weiss-Malik
    2025/06/02

Michael Weiss-Malik is the inventor and founder of Groove Thing, the world's first internal music player. He's also a client of mine, and now a friend. I was really excited to hear more about his professional story because we have a lot in common! He shares with us his journey of becoming pretty burned out in his corporate career and how this career crisis and (a short-lived) sabbatical turned into him inventing Groove Thing and eventually launching it as a business. It is a true intersection of his passions: music, sex, and tech.

We also dive into the vulnerability of becoming a business owner in the sex toy and broader sex positive industries, and how that has brought even more fulfillment and alignment in his life and career.
