Anna Zahn didn't plan any of this. She was a burned-out new mom who hit a hard spot and ended up at a Reiki session in New Orleans on a whim. What happened there was beyond her ability to explain. Tears rolling down her face with nothing behind them. Her body frozen while her mind stayed wide awake. Her curiosity was piqued.

As it turned out, her curiosity went a long way. Feeling energy between her palms for the first time. Sensing radiation coming off her mother's body during cancer treatment. Discovering that a piece of aluminum foil on a pin could show her a lot about her emotional state.
