She does impeccable research and asks brilliant questions and she really and truly only recommends books she loves. Amy has great taste and she's never recommended a book to me that I didn't love. (see recently - Fingersmith by Sarah Waters.)
So, she's great. And! She does this Summer Reading Guide every year - it's recent releases, debuts, she goes back into the vault to find some great backlist books. She lays it out like a gorgeous magazine - honestly, it's one of my favorite things to do when the weather turns nice. I get a copy of the guide, sit in my back yard and read it front to back. It's a seven dollar treat to myself.
