It is clearly obvious now that the Trump Administration's decision to import beef from parts unknown has destroyed the business of many farmers in America. Their cries for help are flooding the internet as many go online in an attempt to sell product direct to the consumer. But they are being peppered with questions about their voting record which is triggering anger and defiance instead of self-reflection. The farmers refuse to acknowledge they actually voted for Trump and Project 2025 and do not want to explain the decision. Mark and Brock discuss the entitlement as pro-ICE, climate change denial and tariffs have buried these farmers yet they still vote for the Racism of MAGA. As one tweet noted they are "owning the libs, but losing the farm". The lack of a learning curve is astounding, but also shows how entrenched much of the MAGA rank-and-file remains.
On other topics, the podcasts laments the climate change casualties in Nepal as villagers become the latest victims of greedy policy favoring the fossil fuel industry.
