Amber grew up a tomboy, playing sports, working on cars with her dad, and embracing a little DIY everything. Somewhere along the way, that love of making, finding, and figuring things out became part of her journey into vintage and the world of A Shopping Habit.

We talk about the women who influenced her style, her evolution into what she calls "70s boho maximalist," learning to dress for comfort and for herself, and why a great piece is about so much more than its price tag.
