This week the lads chat about some new things they tried out such as swimming in the sea and BJJ. They delve into the difference between motivation and discipline and why one is better then the other. Some struggles this week around going to training when you don't want to and how to do your best with your diet.
Pete shared some of the struggles he is facing that are slowing his progress and how hard it is to push through sometimes specially when the head isnt in a great spot.
