Eric Duey is a driven, quirky, and passionate visionary whose deepest desire is to know Jesus and see people welcomed into God’s family and Kingdom. Born near Chicago, Eric has spent over a decade living and serving in South London, blending his love for adventure, sport, fitness, food, and storytelling with mission and ministry across the UK and Europe. With a background in theology, church planting, and sports-based outreach, he has served both in the US and abroad, including leadership roles in church and fitness ministries. Eric currently serves with Greater Europe Mission, equipping churches and leaders while using sport and fitness as powerful tools for connection and transformation. Married with a 2 year old son.

Asrat joined Sports Friends in 2006 as a Denominational Sports Ministry Coordinator. Since 2016, he has been serving as the Sports Friends Ethiopia Team Leader. He has a deep passion for reaching unreached people groups and equipping emerging church leaders in Ethiopia. He is married to Bekelech, and they have two children: Anteneh and Redaiet.

Ian Lancaster is Mission Director at Christians in Sport, where he leads initiatives helping athletes integrate Christian faith with sport through youth outreach, leadership development, and discipleship. He has played a key role in growing the Sports Plus programme, a network of residential sports camps combining competitive sport with Christian teaching. Alongside coaching football at Bicester Park FC, Ian is active in church leadership and regularly speaks and writes on sport, faith, and evangelism.

The Dooyema triplets—Addison, Emily, and Hailey—are standout student-athletes known for their strong bond, competitive drive, and shared passion for volleyball. Competing with Milwaukee Sting club volleyball and representing the Brookfield East High School Spartans, they have developed into disciplined and dynamic players both on and off the court. Their commitment has earned each of them the opportunity to continue their volleyball careers at Dordt University, where they will compete as Defenders. Beyond athletics, Addison, Emily, and Hailey are deeply rooted in their faith, actively engaging in their church, school communities, and relationships. Their character, teamwork, and dedication reflect a commitment to excellence that extends far beyond the game.

Jonny Reid is Director of Engagement at Oak Hill, where he leads marketing, student recruitment, admissions, and alumni relations, after previously serving as Head of Communications and Resources at Christians in Sport. He is co-author of Spiritual Game Plan: Competing with Joy and Godliness (2025) and holds an MA in Christian Ministry.
