My name is Jen & it's an honour to be your guide on the side.

This is a practice designed for allowing ourselves to explore our awareness ~ of ourselves and the world around us. It is designed as a walking meditation, but can be practiced while doing any recreational activity of your choosing, or simply enjoying a corner of nature wherever you are.

These offerings are invitations to take what works & leave the rest, being kind as you meet yourself where you are today.
